I have bought a pack of corn meal and would love to try this over the weekend. Could imagine the tastes and am droolong now :) And of all the mushroom recipes I love a quick stir fry with ghee and green chillies (have blogged about it too) which goes well with rasam and rice! Love the way you do the filtering by experimenting during weekends.
